The "Mogan valle" runs from the resort of Playa Mogan up to the town of Pueblo Mogan through some of the best scenery anywhere on the Island.There is a wonderful garden centre with all the local plants available in El Cercado the first village on your journey to the Pueblo.This is a very popular area for the locals to live as it is so close to the resorts and yet so peaceful. LOS NARANJOS is situated here just a short distance from the beach at Playa Mogan.

This tasteful resort on the sheltered southwest corner of Gran Canaria enjoys a glorious year-round climate and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful sunny holiday. Puerto Mogan is a delightful combination of the original whitewashed fishing village nestling on the hillside which overlooks both the golden sandy beach and marina harbour below. Nicknamed “Little Venice”, the resort has been carefully designed with a maximum of three levels to maintain its unique ambience. Behind the marina harbour, where yachts from the world over are moored, is a charming network of walkways and canals overhung with colourful tropical flowers and plants. There is a wide choice of excellent restaurants, cafés and bars in Puerto Mogan, many overlooking either the beach or the harbour, and also a variety of shops, boutiques and a good supermarket. Activities generally revolve around the water and apart from swimming and sunbathing include diving, fishing and yacht trips. You can take the glass-bottomed ferry to Puerto Rico and Arguineguin, although there is also a good local bus service and taxis are on hand at reasonable rates. There are also two major golf courses within easy reach of Puerto Mogan.
