Gran Canaria apartment rental details

Panoramic Views
The apartment is located in Playa Del Cura, overlooking the resort and beach. The sun shines all day on the balcony. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. Take note that to have a view like this the apartment is on a hill. When youre going into town or the nearby beaches walk down to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill and take the bus - its very cheap. It costs about €1.20 to Puerto Rico. Get a taxi back to avoid walking up the hill as it is steep.

Lifts
All lifts in the apartment have been replaced with new ones

Booking
Deposit of 30% to secure booking. This is non-refundable unless apartment subsequently let. Balance plus security deposit of £170 payable 8 weeks before arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded 10 days after holiday ends when confirmation received from our agent and key returned. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Check-in time 3pm. Departure time 10am.
